Furthermore, it is my responsibility to ensure that I arrive for the lesson on time. Lesson time for which I am absent is forfeit and non-refundable.
I, also, understand that the price is $145.00 per month, which is non-refundable and is to be paid on the first lesson of every month. If I will not be able to attend the lesson, I understand that it is expected that I will contact the instructor prior to my lesson. Lessons for which I am absent are forfeited. Two consecutive absences without contacting the instructor will result in a forfeiture of the lesson time slot. In this event, the monthly fee is non-refundable. Please, understand that the tuition covers not just the student’s private lessons, but also the instructor’s time spent planning and the time slot you are reserving. Lessons falling during major holidays and breaks are included in the monthly rate and will not be eligible for makeup lessons, credits or refunds. There will be no make up lessons due to holidays, personal reasons, or otherwise. No exceptions.
Lessons are taught year round, which includes summer months. Each student is expected to be ready to begin his or her lesson on time. If a student arrives late, no additional time will be given.
Furthermore, I release instructor, and the property owner(s) of any damages or injury which may occur before, during, or after the lesson.
